The MFA will award six fitness business owners $2,500 each for the most innovative and impactful use of their MFA Health & Wellness Enhancement Grant funds.

Projects will be selected based on the most innovative, engaging programs with measurable outcomes that benefit Michiganders outside of the business owner’s regular business objective.

The MFA Board of Directors will select the top 15 submissions based on business size.

Fitness Facility Categories:

• 1 Location
• 2-5 Locations
• 6+ Locations

MFA members will then vote the top two winners for each business size category.
